_GOOD_ ISP for Amiga?
« on: June 04, 2003, 07:09:06 AM »
Hi,

Can anybody recommend a good ISP provider in the Northern Virginia area, or point me to a link where I can find more on this information?  I'm trying to get my old A1200 back online; last time I used it regularly was in '99, through my university system, which worked fine under Miami.  I'm looking for dial up just to get the software downloaded what I need, then an upgrade to DSL.

BTW, Verizon is clearly a big bunch of idiots when it comes to alternate computer platforms.  Been there, tried that.  Next?

Thank You.

The two I would try are Earthlink, and your local "Baby Bell."  Earthlink *may* still offer support, but I don't know.  The Baby Bells, while they don't offer support, do not do anything to prevent the Amiga from working either.  I don't know if Earthlink does DSL or not...
