Need to make a Google Search? Now you don't even have to leave Amiga.org to do it. We have integrated Google Search at the bottom of the site. What could be more convenante and easier than that?

Being able to search the forum using google from the forum itself could actually be very handy. Many times have I had forum search engines complain about search strings being to common or too short, so this integrated google search might be very useful.

Edit: Okay, I tried it and it just searches all sites. I thought it only searched Amiga.org... How useless! Why do they do that? Browsers have search boxes, so who needs this?

I just used it to search for an answer to a Mac question...

That's what I thought when I read this, and I don't even have to use search boxes as anything I type that isn't a URL is interpreted as a search on google anyways. And I also agree that it would make much more sense to have a google search that has "site:amiga.org" added to the search string.

But, at the end of the day - do I care that there's a search gadget and a google logo at the bottom of the pages? Not really.
