E-UAE icons for Mac at last!

Ok, ages ago I said I'd make a set of E-UAE Mac icons available for download, to go with a guide written by Macman . I'm afraid other things over took me and I just plain forgot. I'm really sorry, the people here very nice and helpful - I didn't mean to be rude.
