Wtd. for scanning - certain Moonstone reviews/previews
« on: May 14, 2004, 02:05:10 PM »
Hi all - nice to find such a busy and interesting Amiga forum  :-D

I'm the Webmaster of the Moonstone Tavern, which is (funnily enough) a fansite for Moonstone. It's located at www.moonstonetavern.co.uk btw if any of you lot fancy a nose around.

I'm in the process of the trying to locate and scan as many magazine bits and peieces about the game as possible. It's all going reasonably well (see http://www.myfavouritevideogame.co.uk/web/magazine.htm) but there are still a few floating around that are proving difficult to come by, namely:

Amiga Format - Issue 46
Amiga Force - Issue 5
Amiga Power - Issue 26
CU Amiga - May 93
The One Amiga - Jan 92 / May 93 (JUST FOUND THESE!:-) )

However, any other non-UK mag reviews would be equally ace.

Do any kind souls actually own any of the above and are willing to scan the relevant Moonstone stuff and email or even sell their copy to me? Full credit will obviously be given, but I'm figuring you'll want to do it more out of love for the Amiga / Moonstone that seeing your name up in lights! ;op

Please reply either here or via my email addy on the Tavern itself...

Cheers!!

Rob :-)

@MAD

Heh, no wonder you got a cult member. All those posts with only

"Yeah, very cool"
"Too bad there's no sequel"
"Welcome"
"Where is my hamster?"
"Yes, i agree"
"That game roxx"
"etc"

in it and you'll get easily past 2000 if you are bored enough to do that ;-)

@CaptainHIT

Well, as a matter of fact, I have been posting a bit more those last months... The cybercafe I go to, of course, has ADSL, which is faster than my good ol' 56k (remember? ;-D ).
