All of the above, plus "Another World" and "Flashback" of course.  :-)

Oh, and "Stunt Track Racer" of course...

Can't forget the "Body Blows" series....

"Fighter Duel" (P51 Mustang vs. Zero) great linked fun!

"Wings" by Cinemaware...

Yeah, there's a lot.  And I'm sure I'm forgetting other obvious ones...  :-)

Hmmm,
Starglider 2
Shadow of the beast. (honestly, myself and friends were picking our jaws up off the floor after seeing the GFX)
lotus2. fast. 4 player serial link mayhem!
bomberman. 4 player on one machine crazyness
stuntcar racer. link up dueling!
monkey island 1/2. even my mum got into playing these
indiana jones and the fate of atlantis.
flight of the amazone queen.
ledgend of kyrindia.
battle cars. excellent playability. linkable!
xtreme racing. multiplayer kept my A4000 alive while at university.
superskidmarksAGA, dual machine, dual screen racing!
pinball dreams/fantasies/illusions. awesome GFX and music
slamtilt. GFX/music, and HD installable!
populous 1/2. link up battles!
the settlers!!! more link up battles, or co-op play!
the CUamiga coverdisk JagXJ220 demo was fantastic. fast GFX, music and SFX at the same time, but the game itself have slower/jerkier GFX, and only music or sound FX, so felt a little let down on that one to be honest.
Zany Golf. who remembers seeing it on gamesmaster way back when? :-)
Lemmings!
worms!
kights of the sky. link up dog fights..
flashback.

I think in future the topic should limit the poster to one title, otherwise people like speel are just going to list every single Amiga game ever...

I vote for Megalomania... it was the first game I ever bought.

"Out Of This World" is the other platform's name (peecee, msx, etc)! The Amiga version was named "Another World"!
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

I think "Out of this World" was the name in USA, not in other platforms. The name in Europe was "Another World".

Yes that's also what I thought.
But anyway, I was just browsing through some game databases...

In my opinion, it's not necessarily the games but the publishers that defined Amiga.

Psygnosis
Cinemaware
Electronic Arts ( At that time anyhow )
Bullfrog
US Gold

These are the ones that made Amiga great for me.

For me some of the best were:

Hired Guns!!!!
Pirates!
Syndicate
Settlers
Lord of the Realms *surprised no one else mentioned this*
Zeewolf 1 & 2
Another  world
Alien Breed series
Jaguar XJ220
Supercars 2
Midnight resistance
The Dizzy games

Quality coin-op conversions also made the machine in my mind. Compared to what everyone else had (spectrum, C64) seeing Chase HQ and Turbo Outrun look so close to the arcade counterparts was what told me thhe machine  was special...and I was only about 10.
Amiga 4000, Warp Engine 040/40MHz, CV643D with scan doubler module, Tocatta soundcard, Deneb, 72Meg fast ram, 18 gig scsi hard drive.
