I think Microcosm from Psygnosis does as well... The game sucks, but I guess it looks pretty good.. :-)

Any game that is smart enough to use graphics.library/WriteChunkyPixels if graphics.library V40 is present.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about that. I don't remember that AB3D would have ever been advertised as "AKIKO user". I have played the game on CD32 and it's very slow
I might be wrong...well, the source codes should be available so it could be checked

Good question!
I know of more programs that supported the bizarre external graphics adaptor 'Graffitti' than the CD32's AKIKO...
Interestingly 'Akiko' is Japanese for 'Bright Light' so if you are a Mogwai stay away from the CD32.
