Reminds me of the Atari Program Exchange (APX) way back in the Elder Days.

Maybe some years ago, when the main internet applications for the amiga are on the market, but now you cant purchase a keyfile for the latest ibrowse or the same for makecd some months ago. These days is diffucult to find applications that need payment, greatest applications are free at this times (at least).

MakeCD was made free years ago (I bought it when it was a commercial product) only to find about a year later it was now free, win some lose some I guess... :)

Good look and hope the project does well, I hope you do put in some work into maybe making old games and software on the store, I'm surpise Amikit did'nt jump on this one, we needed a download commercial store for a while.

keep my eyes on it.

Thank you for finally implementing this highly anticipated service, and for providing some much-needed leadership for the Amiga community! I hope that some unreleased commercial games like Babylonian Twins and Aviators will be sold through Project Metropolis.

I also agree that free software should also be listed through here, even if it is only selected software from Aminet, similar to the approved packages provided by Linux distributions.

Please keep us posted, I'm very curious about more details!

Got my attention too....
This just might be a great idea. Maybe we'll see more programmers pop out of the woodwork now.

Well, congratulations on sixteen years of starting up, I guess.
I'm glad my Amiga doesn't start up that slow.

Moving the officially announced launch date by two days makes not so good forecast for the future. Maybe it is just another lame marketing "puzzle". If so, please stop it. It is just pitiful.
