Err, maybe.
Those little cutting discs do more work than you would expect, but I've probably gone through twice as many as I needed to just by putting the Dremel down on the desk/floor and just snapping them - they're very weak to out-of-plane forces.

Remember - measure twice, cut once.

Also, that dremel is going to produce 1) sparks and 2) lots of metal dust. You may want to think how you're going to stop the inside of your tower form being coated in metal filings - they'll come back and haunt you later if you let them, probably by shorting out the most expensive piece of hardware they can find.

Good luck, have fun, and try to end up with the same number of fingers you started the job with. And eyes.
Mac Mini G4 (1.5GHz, 64MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.6
Powerbook 5.8 (15", 1.67GHz, 128MB VRam, 1GB Ram): MorphOS 3.8.

Windows-free since 2011-2014 (Damn you Netflix!)

A REAL drill, and titanium bits. Use the dremel only for cutting and grinding sheet metal. You also might do well to invest in a decent rivet gun and several sizes of rivets. All came in handy for my custom A4K.

A4000D, A3640 OC-36.3MHz, custom tower, Mediator A4000D. Diamond Banshee 16M, Indivision AGA 4000, GVP HC+8.

Mac Mini 1.5GHz, that might run MorphOS someday, when the fools who own it come to the realization that 30 minutes just isn\'t enough time to play with it enough to decide whether or not you like it enough to cough up $200.

 - Someone please design SOME kind of DIY accelerator for the A4000. :D -

Hi carvedeye:
A few extra tips. First, they make fiberglass-reinforced cutoff wheels for Dremels, these are much less prone to breakage, but are thicker.
If you need to routinely cut through metal and plastic, you may want to look into a powered nibble cutter. Not the cheapest option but they are supposed to be quite good. A company called Micro-Mark sells one.

Micro-Mark

Also, for inexpensive dremel bits and acessories try

Utopia Tools

And, as mentioned, make sure you have a real drill....
