how to use trainers in whdload?

I found a website with trainers. Its a non extension file. Where should I put it and how to execute it?

AFAIK, trainers on WHDLoad are either built into the slave or not. Some slaves have trainers, you'll know which ones do because it will inform you in the splash window.
