Can use USB DVD/CD drive with OS4.1FE ?

Is it possible to use an external DVD/CD drive over USB on  OS4.1FE? At least for reading if not burning?

I can confirm that a USB CD-ROM drive works fine with AmigaOne XE and AmigaOS 4.1FE. The system can even boot from the drive.
