I think this list (http://www.amiga.org/modules/xoopsfaq/index.php?cat_id=6#q28) badly needs an update.

Yes, sadly many of the links have not been updated in many years.  I could not find any user groups within 200 miles of me that are still active.  I guess I'll have to start my own user group!
