Anyone know what the part number is for the chips needed on a SupraRAM 2000 is?

Try a Google search for "1m x 1 dram dip-18" and it should yield usable results.  I think they are 41C1000-xx or 51C1000-xx where xx=dram speed. For instance a -10 should work fine with this board.

I have the chips you need, at $1 each.

I could send it cheaper then in the post below, 1st class mail at around $3 or so.

I've been told that other boards are populated with 70ns chips, the ones you are showing are 100ns.
Will they work?

I think it should work, maybe others can chime in and confirm or deny.
On my board, I just replaced them all. I had 2MB originally, now I have 8MB.

I may have other speeds too, but they are used, the 100ns ones are NEW OLD STOCK, never used.

I adapted surface mounted chips I already had on hand to fit the sockets.  It was a lot of work but it was (almost) free.
