Fusion and or ShapeShifter with UAE
« on: February 29, 2008, 07:08:19 PM »
Will either of these run with UAE, and if so are there any guides that tell you how to set them up?

I feel blind.

I'd say brave not blind!

I think I had fusion up to the ? screen at one point on UAE.
I'm not sure about any guides though.

I've had ShapeShifter running well (under WinUAE), AFAIR it was pretty straightforward.

Interesting a classic Amiga emulator emulating a classic Mac, so hat about a C64 emulator running on that Classic Mac?  Ouch my head hurts....

Didnt an emulated mac on the amiga run better than the real deal ?

@JJ

Not really; performance was almost equal to a similarly specced Mac. There never were 060 Macs. They went PPC before 060 was a real option. So 060 Amiga running Mac emus were for a time the fastest 68k Macs you could get.

True.  The Amiga could emulate a killer Mac back in the day.  I'm puzzled why you'd do this now, though.  Surely Basilisk II for PC makes more sense, nowadays?

 I have not logic, just sounded like a fun idea. :)

 What ever became of iFusion anyhow...

...not that it matters because Apple went intel, but still...
