Software Hut
« on: February 05, 2008, 11:09:28 PM »
Anyone had any dealings with Software Hut in Exton, PA USA?
The website had a last updated date of 9-16-06 so I am hesitant about ordering from there.

I've dealt with them lots!  They are great!  Just make sure you call them or email them first to see if they have what you want in stock.  The web site is wayyyyyyyyyyy out of date.  Just send them an email and they will get back to you.  You can pay them with paypal if you like so everything is fast and painless.

Did you clear your browser cache before visiting? ....Kidding... "Site last modified: 10/20/07 "

I've bought from them a couple of times with no problem at all.

100% recommended ONLY if you email BEFORE ordering.

I think they are reputable as I have dealt with them before.  They aren't like the other places.  One place took my monitor and never fixed it and the other place use to just swap people's computers that they were fixing so you thought your problem was fixed and you just got someone else's problem.

Great. It seems they are ok.

I did clear my cache but still got a last updated
from 06. Oh well, as long as they have what I need.
I will email them before I order anything.

Thanks

As AMC has stated, just email them before you make a purchase.  I found that they respond quickly to email inquires and are a pleasure to deal with.

Software Hut is a family run business, that is as honest as you can find. They are great people.

Hey -- their site was just updated TODAY!

When I was an Amiga user (I miss those days, but I love my new MacBook!), I used them almost exclusively....always great to deal with. I even went over to their place a couple of times when they were in West Chester....seriously, their warehouse was an Amiga-lover's dream...
