Link Remowed !!!
Short film be careful (+16)
-
Wow... softcore porn on A.org...
The holier than thou brigade are sure to be out in force over this one (while they secretly view it again and again)...
Neat film by the way and very well made, even though I didn't quite get what it was all about... ;)

Not porn. An artistic work...

Not porn. An artistic work...
That's what I always told the ex-wife about my "Artistic" German DVDs... ;)
-
I would have called it "A Commodore 64C and a nude redhaired girl" ;)
The blood at the end scene is too dense to be real.
Nice photography though :)

IMDB style GOOFS:
The c64's light doesn't work
You can't plug a cartridge into a C64 when the C64 is on. It can cause the fuse to blow. (I know this from experience)
No disc drive connected but the guy uses the load"$",8,2 command. As he was running from tape he just needs to press shift and runstop
-
Never used ,2 before, always used the below:
LOAD “FILENAME”,8 - Load a file
LOAD “*”,8 - Load first disk file
LOAD “FILENAME”,8,1 - Load and run file
LOAD “$”,8 - Directory listing
,1 = run... so what does ,2 do?
-
LOAD "*",8,1 also loads the last program you loaded. So if you typed in LOAD "batman",8,1 then NEW, LOAD "*",8,1 would load batman :)
LOAD ":*",8,1 will force it to load from disk :)
-

In some 30 years of using a C64 I've never came across the use of "2" when trying to load a file or prog. (only 0 or 1 should really be used with the LOAD command)
Only time "2" comes into the equation that I can think of, is in the use of the OPEN Command/statement...
eg: OPEN 2,8,2

He's also using some sort of a futuristic basic release, has "T"'s of memory. I suppose the futuristic C64 doesn't have a power light, loads with that command and deals with hot swapping cartridges.

Googled...

What is V-1541 designed to do?
First, before we talk about what V-1541 cannot do, let's discuss briefly what it was designed to do. V-1541 is a simple program that replaces LOAD and SAVE. It will still process these commands on standard disk device numbers in the same way. The only difference is that if you signal to load via device # 2 (the RS-232 port), the LOAD or SAVE will operate on the Internet modem that you have plugged-into your user port.
RS-232 is device #2 by default, but the KERNAL does not allow LOAD and SAVE to work with it in the same way as it does for disks on devices 8-11. It was then necessary to write a special program to intercept the LOAD and SAVE operations and convert the request to commands known to CommodoreServer.com (the commands are part of the CommodoreServer Internet Protocol, or CSIP - you can find details on CSIP in another blog entry).
Since the KERNAL does not natively support LOAD"FILE",2, V-1541 was born. Like any memory-resident loader, there are some limitations on how it may operate.

Ah true.
It might be a new model built by Commodore USA

Um.. a nudity warning should have been posted.. I was watching this at work when tits showed up on the screen .. and it so happened that my boss was behind me along with
a fellow female coworker.. and guess what I was fired for looking at porn at work..
mmm. Thanks AMIGA.org and the op.
Talking with my lawyer now about this..
-
cool video ! maybe we'll see your name on a Blade Runner remake one day:)
btw, the +16 warning is understandable but I think a warning that there is 'nudity' would be wise (for some countries anyhow);)

What, you dont have a tongue in your head and are unable to show where the link came from and that it's not actually porn ? Also nice to have a workplace where its ok to watch videos instead of working.

Yo Fishy.. it was my lunch hour...
-
Yo Fishy... it doesn't have to be "porn" by your definition to be deemed offensive or unsuitable for viewing in the workplace. If I had known I would not have viewed at work
or made sure no one was behind me and volume turned down. This is a computer forum
NOT a place to pass or link nude "art"..

Dunno about "Nude Art" but I've seen some very offensive links here that took me to videos and pictures containing MickySoft & CrApple stuff...
Shouldn't be allowed posting such filth on an Amiga site... :(
-
Agreed. Now my lawyer wants to know who allows these posts/links to be posted. Is there a moderator here? and what are the posting restrictions? Apparently not many.
Tis a shame really. A forum site that seems to have run amuck ..

Get a new lawyer, the one you've got sounds like an idiot.
Are the moderators supposed to read and approve everything before it gets posted?

Um I would image they are supposed to um gee let me think...
MODERATE!

Its up to the mods what they moderate. Doubt in a million years you have any legal stand point against this site. To be fair OP diod puit 16+ , that should have pointed to it not being suitable viewing in work.
I was watching it in work , as soon as i saw pussy galore productions and him selecting red-head a had the common sense to close the thing down.
If you really got sacked, which I don't really believe, i think your just trying to make the Op feel bad, then lets be honest its your own fault.
-
JJ,
Um no he put +16 and that means Jack S here in the states.
I don't know the game the video maker was paying tribute. So I was
not expecting tits and almost a sex scene to be playing on my screen.
The OP should have put contains nudity and the moderators should have been
watching this from a "this is my job" point of view and yeah "lets see some
tits".
Um I don't know the OP and I don't care how he feels any day of the week, so
no Im not trying to make the OP feel bad.
How is it my fault for NOT knowing this video I was watching contains nudity and
a bit of sight and down of a sex scene... ?

Most rags I read these days use "NSFW" to indicate questionable content. NSFW = "Not Safe For Work." Things like nudity, gore, vulgarity, soft-core porn, etc.
As I watched the video, I kept thinking, "okay, there's a 64C, but where's the Plus 16?"
-
Its not the Mods job to do anything.
To be fair I agree that the original poster should have put warning contains nuidity.
What game ? ? ? ? There were plenty of clues to where the video was going.
Unfortunately for you I am pretty sure you can't sue this site or the OP for your actions

Seems you're the only one who didn't figure it out in advance.

It's pretty darn obvious what it means.

Has a NSFW directly underneath the Video.
Really wanted to see it after all the fuss. The irony is the only link to it still available on a.org is in one of your earlier posts.
-

Somehow I managed to figure it out and I live in the USA.
This seems like a good time to lighten up a bit with a joke.
Two little boys met on the sidewalk, and one has a handful of small, round objects. The other boy asks him what they are. "These here are smart pills!" he says. So the first boy decides to try one. "This tastes like rabbit crap!"
"See, you smarter already!"
-
mmm really? Well its not obvious that there is nudity in the video based on "short film careful +16" that could mean language and who the heck would think a link posted here
on Aorg would have nudity in it...
Um obvious would have been if the OP posted "contains nudity" duh!! he went so far to put +16(again means nothing here in the states) he could have easily put "contains nudity"...

You keep a lawyer on retainer? How often are you suing people?
-
so you knew there was going to be tits and a brief puss shot based on that.. Yeah I highly doubt it.. But hey your a genius(yeah right) so maybe ..NOT.
I'll give you +16 on a offensive language maybe but not nudity.

Given how Amiga boards have been for the last few years its certainly quite possible unfortunately.

@Vlabguy1
Its pretty well known in the States that Europe's age recommendations for nudity are lower than they are here.

When the title of the software was, "Pussy Galore" would have been a tip off what was about to be played. The Second hint was the opening of the game and some naked young dude that was on the screen that it may not be suitable for mixed viewing and something you really shouldn't be playing on a company computer.
-
So is this pussy galore a character in the actual game? and as far as I saw the guy only showed his chest which is not really a big deal.. Do you know for a fact he was completely naked? In case you dont know USA is quite uptight
about nudity and nakedness.. which is a shame.

oh really. I guess Im not up on the regs and ages of nudity. Fact is my boss and coworker are older than me and were offended and it probably had more to do with the fact that
its a workplace than anything.. fact more of a warning by the OP should have been given..
And so riddle me this why was the link removed for A.org?
@Vlabguy1

So... You claim to have not seen the NSFW warning nor did you see the comment "Naked chicks" right under the video?
I hope you aren't a troll and you did lose your job as you are obviously too ignorant to work an easy desk job.

Same reaction here. I thought this was a film about the Commodore 16 before I clicked on the link. "+16" doesn't mean anything to N. American readers. Movies, etc. aren't rated that way here. That said I did figure it out pretty quickly from clues in the beginning of the movie.
I liked the movie - good job! - but more of a warning would have been helpful to those who were viewing from work.
I'm still a little suspicious this whole thing is bit of a troll..

You would not watch an NC-17 film at work using our rating system here in the United States. Seeing 16+ on a board well known for international visitors is pretty obvious that its likely not work safe (given the mere 1 year difference), especially since you yourself point out we are more uptight about such as a nation. Its hardly a "fact" that the OP should have warned you in a different manner than he already did.
The OP removed the link himself it appears. Why he did, who knows. The link has not been removed from the thread though by A.org. They (and you) have left it up here:

"+16" doesn't mean anything to N. American readers. Movies, etc. aren't rated that way here.
Sure it means something to N. American readers. It means someone outside the U.S. has posted a warning. It means one should think of the nearest equivalent in our country (that would be NC-17) and assume it means that until one finds out differently if you are at work.
It is widely known in the United States that Amigas are more popular with Europeans. Its also widely known in the United States that Europeans are more lax on age requirements to view nudity and sex acts. An American would write 17+ or 18+ for such material (we'd write a higher age and put the plus symbol after the number, not before). Therefore "+16" is quite clear regardless.
The OP also wrote "be careful". You are sadly an example of what gives us Americans a bad name abroad, you take no personal responsibility for your own actions.
-
AO is a PG 13 site. Always has. The OP violated the TOS and Posting Guidelines!
With the amount of traffic AO gets it is impossible and unreasonable to moderate every item posted or for the staff to read every post. That is why we have a Report-a-Post button.

Any further issues on this topic should be taken up with Pyromania.

Didn't take a genius to figure out there would be nudity in the video with a clear, concise warning like the one the OP posted.
By the way, what did your lawyer say? Is he going to be able to put together a case against...oh, who did you say you were planning on suing?

I see reading comprehension of the English language isn't your strong point.
Just adds more weight to the stereotype of the dumb American.

So what does NC17 mean genius? Does it equal some guy molesting a woman's tits and showing a puss shot? And a scene where moaning like she is riding the guy. I doubt it. And please I give America a bad name..geez wow.. Um I think the US government does a good job of that.. Your giving me way too much credit.

I know all about Europe being casual about nudity.. You don't have clue as to where I am from!
Yes the OP did write that..yet he/she could have continued with "nude content" VERY FREAKIN simple.

Why yes it would likely get that rating if it were submitted to MPAA.
True on the government, they might pay you unemployment benefits! :(
-
@Vlabguy1
People are still waiting to hear why you keep a lawyer on retainer and why you can not understand the additional warning given of "be careful" beyond the European formated (+16) warning. You insist those two warnings are not enough to avoid suing someone. Does it not register with you at all at how crazy that sounds??
-
I don't think +16 means anything anywhere in the world when it comes to censorship but common sense & logic told me that the video would most likely not be suitable for those under 16 (probably due to swearing)... :)
As it turns out, it was just a pretty weird wee film with nothing to offend in it except for the prudes who are quite happy to see dead bodies all over the news but show them a pair of knockers and they're on the phone calling their lawyers... weird or what... :)
(PS:If I had to work, then I wouldn't complain if I got fired for being on Amiga site when Im not paid to do so, it would be my own fault in the first place and serve me right...;))
-
How long did you watch before you realised what was happening and switched off?
Maybe if you turned it off as soon as a breast flashed up you would be OK rather than waiting till the sex scenes
Oh and you are right to see a Lawyer. You should have been suspended while they conducted an investigation rather than just fire you on the spot

The guy who originally posted the link knew good and well it was against TOS, especially after the mild flack it got over at amigaworld.net.
I hope dude is just trolling and didn't get fired, it would be a shame if he did. These aren't exactly the best of times for job hunting. Usually you can't collect unemployment benefits if you get fired.

Even if he did not know its his responsibility to read the TOS. I don't see anyone defending it as a post that should be here. People are defending that he gave plenty of warning that it was not work safe. Thats two separate issues.
I hope dude is just trolling and didn't get fired, it would be a shame if he did. These aren't exactly the best of times for job hunting. Usually you can't collect unemployment benefits if you get fired.
He is probably just trolling. And it actually depends on why one was fired.
http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/unemployment-compensation-benefits-employee-eligibility-29898.html
I would suspect if this is an isolated incident he probably could make a pretty good argument for benefits.

Okay...first of all, I'm not American. You American's shouldn't assume that all people that live in N. America are from the US or you'll sadly give youself a bad name abroad. Secondly, the original poster has edited his message from the way it appeared originally when I saw it. When it was first posted all it said was something like "New Commodore Shot [sic] film +16". It did NOT say "be careful" when it was first posted.
"+16" doesn't mean a heck of a lot....I thought maybe he meant it was shot on 16mm film because he mis-spelled "short" to "shot". A lot of amateur film makers shoot in 16mm film.
Heck, I don't really care about his whole thing...but I'm merely pointing out how confusing the original posters message was with the vague description and the mis-spelling.
-

I figured you were not American since you said North America, that normally means its a safe bet its a Canadian writing such. And I've been to several Canadian provinces and have liked each (Quebec the least though). I also had a ton of respect for Canada taking flights in to land on 9/11. So please don't go assuming that I'm someone who does not realize North America means more than one country.
I switched to refer to the U.S. in the later sentence because the person who claimed to get fired said he is an American and he and I would be familiar with MPAA ratings.
And no it clearly originally said "be careful" in addition to "+16" because it was quoted in post 14 (since removed).
http://www.amiga.org/forums/showpost.php?p=622236&postcount=14

Anyway, I think both the original poster and the complainant are likely trolling so it doesn't matter too much to me...probably much ado about nothing...
-
Private companies can make and police their own policies regarding offensive content viewed in the workplace. If someone is offended by anything it can be reported to
human resources and appropriate action taken.. This is why companies typically
write an employee handbook.

I assume your a proper uptight Brit!
I see reading comprehension of the English language isn't your strong point.
Just adds more weight to the stereotype of the dumb American.
-
Private companies can make and police their own policies regarding offensive content viewed in the workplace. If someone is offended by anything it can be reported to
human resources and appropriate action taken.. This is why companies typically
write an employee handbook.
Sure, but that has nothing to do specifically with at-will employment law. If you think your supervisor broke an internal company rule in firing you directly then by all means take it up with the HR dept. of your former employer. No one is here wishing you to be out of work.
-
Um not it would get an "R" rating ..shows how much you know. And give me one example of an NC17 movie or "made for tv" movie that shows this type of content..
And I'm talking a major motion picture not some Euro documentary or artsy flic.
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=NC-17
Why yes it would likely get that rating if it were submitted to MPAA.
True on the government, they might pay you unemployment benefits! :(
-
Good thing I'm not crazy :-).
There was nothing stopping the OP from editing his post and typing in "nude content"..
@Vlabguy1
People are still waiting to hear why you keep a lawyer on retainer and why you can not understand the additional warning given of "be careful" beyond the European formated (+16) warning. You insist those two warnings are not enough to avoid suing someone. Does it not register with you at all at how crazy that sounds??
-
mmm.. so you think I'm American? An assumption on your part.
I assume your a proper uptight Brit!
Nicholas and everyone else saw you say you live in the states. You said it was the reason "+16" meant nothing to you. If you are a foreigner living in the states you have even less of a leg to stand on with your argument.
-

What part of the word "likely" do you not understand? Sure if it did not get an NC-17 it would get an R. Neither impacts it being obvious that "+16...be careful" is not safe for work. Basic Instinct was rated R and that would not be safe for work either.
Plenty of NC-17 movies show sexual content (you pointed out breast fondling for instance).
No "made for tv" movie would show such in the U.S.
Again the simple point is "+16...be careful" is a clear concise not safe for work warning. Let us know how your lawsuit against Amiga.org and the poster turns out. lol
-
There was nothing stopping the OP from editing his post and typing in "nude content"..
There was nothing requiring he do it either. He was required not to post such at all, but thats between him and the A.org mods as a TOS issue.
Between him and you first off he owes you nothing. You were clicking links from people you don't know at work. Moving on to the question of simple courtesy he was fine though, he had you covered with "+16....be careful". The fault here lies with you either being too dense to get the obvious, OR you got the obvious but did not expect to get walked in on in the act and now you are trying to transfer blame from the rightful owner (you) to the OP.
-
Your giving me way too much credit.
Grrrrrrrr. Stop raping the English language. "Your" is a possessive. If you mean to write "You are" and want to use a contraction, then write "You're".
You American's shouldn't assume that all people that live in N. America are from the US or you'll sadly give youself a bad name abroad.
Why is there an apostrophe after "American"?
[/rant]
-
Perhaps some requirements should necessary in the future to be more clear on a given link posted. Is there an age limit to join A.org? If not then anyone at any age can join
and view content posted. Cover your A.. and all is good. Im sure no here wants to offend anyone. There is no point, kind a like this discussion.
I was not implying that he was required to do anything.. it just would have been nice. I never once wrote or stated the OP owed me anything. If I did please quote it.
Dude "+16 be careful" DOES not mean sex scene, nude scene, boobs being massaged, full nude woman shot. Please honestly when you clicked on did you expect an almost porn scene? If you did then your the man. I never once complained about the OP posting the link. To me and a few others this so called warning was a bit lax when the OP could have just as easily typed "nude content".. When posting anything on the web the OP should take responsibility it by covering all bases. A bit short sighted of him to assume this
+16 means the same all over da world.
I never wanted the link to be deleted either. This forum is great in that there is no time limit on editing posts. The OP seeing the discussion about his "warning" could have simply added to his original post. I know I would have.

Dude "+16 be careful" DOES not mean sex scene, nude scene, boobs being massaged, full nude woman shot.
Its safe to say it means its not safe for work. What reason its not safe for work is unclear from what was written, but thats besides the point.
Please honestly when you clicked on did you expect an almost porn scene? If you did then your the man.
I expected it was not safe for work because there was a warning posted with the link. No I did not divine that it contains "an almost porn scene". Again, thats besides the point.
To me and a few others this so called warning was a bit lax when the OP could have just as easily typed "nude content".
No one is saying it could not be more specific. A nudity warning would be helpful for someone at home around their wife or children for instance. But you said your gripe was that it led to you losing your job and that you wanted to get your lawyer involved. The threshold for something not being safe for work is much much lower. If someone you don't know is telling you to be careful with a link don't click it at work, thats darn straightforward.
A bit short sighted of him to assume this +16 means the same all over da world.
"Be careful" means the same thing all over "da world" if you can read English. It means don't view it at work, at least not in front of others.
-
Thank you !!! My point(s) exactly. But actually I think some are saying the warning was specific enough. I thought I was careful I turned da volume down and honestly did NOT
expect a very attractive nude woman on screen. I know this was a tribute to a classic Amiga. I can honestly say(type) that I don't jack about the game. Looks like a good
one though, ha.
Um ..really "be careful" means don't view at work all over the world=wrong. "Don't view at work" means don't view at work all over the world.

Hey.. I take offense to that( just kidding) So true but the difference with me is that I would not sue in order to get that warning on the cup. There is absolutely nothing wrong with stating the obvious and covering all the bases. America could be called the "Land of the lawsuit". It is a sad fact.

Yup sorry, that was a typo. If I saw someone else do that I'd notice the mistake, but I didn't proof read my own message. I'd never let this pass if I'd proof read it! *embarassed*. I hate it when my fingers get ahead of my brain.

Hi,
@Franko,
Darn it I always miss the good links.
Seems like some people shouldn't be allowed to play with tinker toys much less the internet. If this guy is really suing, I would say he and a friend set this all up to sue Amiga.org. but as one always says they allow idiots everywhere in the world.
Oh that's right close this, I said the dreaded word, idiot, can you say idiot on this site, did I spell it right I-D-I-O-T, what I really am trying to say that there are idiots everywhere in the world.
Some people should go back to school and learn how to justify there existence, lets see I was at work today and opened a email my friend sent me, it had a lot of naked breasts, and long legs, soon as I saw the naked breast I shut down the movie, because the rules say any where in the world you can open a post at work to observe it, but if it is pornographic, you must immediately close it out and report it. Soooo some idiot opens a post goes to the link, see's that it is pornographic and decides to watch it, his boss is standing in back of him watching him and is probably thinking "What in the hello is this idiot doing, especially when I am here with a female?
You see even the boss thinks this person is an idiot.
Now if he would of shut it immediately down when he saw the bare boobs and then looked around and saw the boss and the female and apologized, and told them he was at a classic computer forum that usually don't do this stuff, his boss probably would have said smart dude.

If it was during your lunch hour then for most folk your not actually employed by the company during this time as you don't get paid for your lunch hour... :)
On the other hand the company could argue that you were using their equipment for non company/work related use... :(
Either way if your daft enough to let them sack you for it without putting a fight then that's just tough luck, whether your in a union or not unfair dismissal can easily be fought but most folk for some odd reason seem to think that the company they work for can ride roughshod all over them and never actually stand up for themselves... sad really... :(
-

Yup, regardless of lunch hour or not, many companies have policies against using their computers for personal reasons, and most have policies against viewing explicit images.

Company equipment and displayed in full view of other workers including management. If he was in a union he would not have been fired immediately as he was, so its safe to say he is not in a union. In the U.S. with at-will employment and especially with him being in NY he probably has no leg to stand on legally. His only hope is internal protocol at the firm from a written HR procedure (assuming the company is large enough to have such).
Of course whats most likely is he just made all of that up about being fired in the first place.
-

Well the spanish lesbians who are constantly offering to buy A.org for one. And I have seen so many pics of naked hardware here.

Got your hands caught in the sweet jar?, shame. Why lawyers? Is your boss that unreasonable you couldn't explain what happened?
I didn't see the video in question but it sounds like there was enough hints early in and from the posts below it.

IF you really did loose your job threw this and have been this naive, good luck with it all, but you should know better.

1. The OP should have put an understandable warning in subject or body. The world of the internets usually uses "NSFW", not "+16" --what the heck does that mean? Why not +15 or +17?
2. Vlabguy1 isn't going to sue, you don't have a case--against anybody. No, I'm not an attorney, but I do have common sense.
3. I hate it if you really lost your job, but something tells me your employer may have been looking for a reason to get rid of you if they're not in the least bit understanding that you weren't aware of the content.

He did, he wrote "be careful" in addition to +16.
The world of the internets usually uses "NSFW", not "+16" --
Indeed, usually, not always.
what the heck does that mean?
In context with "be careful" clearly it means its unlikely safe for work. Better safe than sorry at work.
Why not +15 or +17?
A good guess would be in the OP's country 16 is the age requirement for something with similar content. An even better guess is it was an account created to troll. lol

If you read the entire thread, you'd note that the "be careful" was edited in AFTER the original post.
Even if it WAS there, by your logic, "be careful" means a link has nudity in it?
So, "Short film be careful (+16) " equals NUDITY? No way.
I think the moral of the story is for dudes, mates, and blokes, to please post a clear disclaimer about a link they post up here on AO.
Oh, and "be careful" around here... :D
-
If you got fired for watching that video, you were on the chopping block already... Your employer was simply looking for an excuse.

He got fired because he works in a school and he watched the film with his pants round his ancles while teaching a class of 13 year old girls

If you read the entire thread, you'd note that "link removed" is what was edited into the original post, not "be careful". We know this because post 14 quoted the original post and "be careful" was clearly visible in the quote.
You should read more carefully. I did not say be careful = nudity. I said +16 be careful = likely NSFW. And hence anyone with a brain should not click a link at work that is likely NSFW. Also the page the link goes to says NSFW on it directly. Don't click play then, duh.
I think the moral of the story is for dudes, mates, and blokes, to please don't click unknown links at work. ;p
P.S. The original post was against TOS (as per a mod), hence telling people that they can continue to post such type of content so long as they put a "clear disclaimer" is not advisble in general I would think.
-
A good guess would be in the OP's country 16 is the age requirement for something with similar content.
Most likely.

Nope, it's probably just the film maker wanting to show his work. There's even a facebook page with some pictures of them making of it (search for perspectiveshortfilm ).
Note: The facebook page links to a film that is NSFW. Contains nudity. View at your own risk. Might cause you to perform actions that damage your eyesight. Terms and conditions apply.

1. The OP should have put an understandable warning in subject or body. The world of the internets usually uses "NSFW", not "+16" --what the heck does that mean? Why not +15 or +17?
For your information, most countries in Europe use numbers in order to give info about what the recommended age limit for videos are. In my country videos will either be labeled with age limit 12, 15 or 18.
+16 told me that the video would most likely contain some violence or nudity, and that it isn't really suitable for children. NSFW on the other hand would have told me nothing since I don't know what this means.
It must be said that the OP should have known better than to post a link to a such type of video on an american forum, because many (if not most) americans do after all have a tendency to get a bit hysterical when exposed to a pair of naked tits :)
Take the Janet Jackson incident that happened a while ago as an example of this.

I guess I would have to ask is the sex scene necessary? Does sex scenes always have to be in a movie to get a point across? Is is just for entertainment?
Concerning art, I believe one should put into a movie what is necessary ...
... If that is the kind of movie you want to make.
I did like , what looked like a roto-scoping scene at the front with the tall buildings.

I just read this whole damn thread because I was dying to know what on earth Vlabguy1 could possibly be suing for.
@Vlabguy1, what do you plan on using your lawyer for?
I'm sorry, I call bullshit. This absloutly reads like a troll. Vlabguy1's posts read like lies compounded on lies. His tone goes from serous to casual as he tries to deflect the one question that I've seen at least five people ask: What is it you're going to do with a lawyer?
Oy vey. I want that chunk of my life back!
