yes, it's possible
i played online to Quake with GLQuake and Amiga Quake on A1200 of my friend.
There is no problem, online you can play with any platforms and OS.

Clickboom Amiga works very well online.

Can you play online with Amiga Quake? I thought you needed a port of QuakeWorld for WAN play?

Edit: Ah I see there is one, but is it any good / fast?

You need an x86 CPU and a modern browser. NEVER EVER going to work on Amiga

hmmm, i gave up with quake/glquake/quake2/heretic2/wipeout2097 for the time being, as i am having problems getting anything warpOS powered to run without crashing with a "ppc exception" error, and none of my other machines are powerfull enough.
 :-(

i have power, and i have cooling... inyet... *sigh* maybe i'll just get OS4...

i remember deathmatching my girlfriend at quake, me with a 40Mhz/040 CV64/3D, and her with a P1 233MMX back in the day...
