The AmigaKit santa was here today
« on: July 25, 2006, 03:09:41 PM »

What's this? A package for ME?

Great, those prankster kids orderd bubble wrap in my name again.

Oh, wait! There's STUFF in there!

Seriously oldschool. I can't even remember how long ago it was I last saw one of these.

Ahhh... Not exactly "new computer smell", but a distinct aroma of plastic nonetheless :)

C= A1200 with 3.1 ROMs.

And it works just fine!

I especially like this clever piece of engineering. No more backup or file transfer worries.

:lol:  That happened when I ordered stuff from Amigakit aswell.

Just aswell it was packaged well inside - that box seems to have taken a bit of a battering.

Awwww, Santa missed my house this year. Somebody must have told him I've been baaaad. :-(

Actually, Santa ran out of the NOS A1200s. He must've given them to kids that didn't deserve it. ;-)

Yes, that is clever. Wow, that's another reason to get an A1200. I've been going through hell backing up my A500 stuff.

Your A1200 looks nice and clean. It looks much better than I thought a used A1200 could possibly look.

Yeah, it'd be a shame if it was packaged on the outside. :-D (...imagining the A1200 taped to the outside of the box)
