Yes kinda, and the XRGB-2 Plus can handle the Amiga's rgb output (but you have to solder the video output of the Amiga to SCART, wich is of little concern: check this

I couldn't find a connector to match the Amiga's 23 pin RGB output. So I ended up buying pre-made Amiga->Scart cables from eBay. They were pretty cheap.

Hmm, do these give good picture ? I couldn't see any accepting RGB or scart input (Japanese scart is useless).

edit : ahh nevermind I missed the last two posts, replied to a page I opened a few hours ago without checking new replies.
I believe in mt. Fuji
