Just like @mac.com, @amiga.org email addresses could raise money (by charging a small fee) and propagate the Amiga name. ...or is that going to be a trademark violation with Amiga Inc?

Like it!

I also like it :-D

@amiga.org was a feature a number of years back, as I recall. I think Wayne said spambots ended up compromising its usefulness, so it is no more.
-
I still like it!

I`d like it if it were free.
I`d never pay for an e-mail service unless I was getting my own domain name.

We had it, like was said. Got abused by spambots.

Death to the spambots! :destroy:

So there's no easy protection? Mac.com probably has a dozen full-timers working on that very issue, I suppose. How about an Earthlink-like system where an email is sent back to the sender requiring him/her to type in a code for his mail to be delivered? Just a thought. Amiga needs all the help it can get in promoting itself. -Dave
