A1000 keyboard while using emulation?

Has anyone figured out a way to use an A1000 keyboard while using the emualtion software on your PC. I would guess you would need an adapter of some type.

It's a costly exercise, but possible!

You could get yourself a Catweasel PCI card, which though primarily geared towards floppy disk operations, provides Amiga-style keyboard and joystick ports.

Then you'd need to re-wire the A1000's keyboard plug to match the A4000-style mini-DIN provided by the Catweasel.

Not exactly worth the cost and hassle though!
