Tablet use on Active Directory
« on: April 16, 2013, 01:59:43 PM »
Exploring possible use of tablets at work. Active Directory on Win2008 server.
Want to develop applications to access our SQL and/or PSQL databases.

Suggestions ? Can non-Windows devices authenticate to AD ? Access Exchange Server ?

Thanks for any suggestions, good or bad.

I authenticate wireless handheld running WinCE and Windows Mobile 5.

The authentication server (Juniper Steel Belted Radius) uses LDAP to verify account credentials against Active Directory.

Yes, I know. But I came to get advice from the smartest people I know! And it is the alternative section...

Forgot to meant to mention I was looking at Android or non-Windows based tablets.
