Hi all:
I have excellent news !!!
I was able to run moviesetter in amiga forever/pc laptop.
Everything works.
Now I need a way to convert pc sounds to amiga sounds, so I can
import them into moviesetter.
Also, I will need to convert iff animations from moviesetter into
video files that can be displayed on pc display.
Thank you all !!!
I know you're doing this out of love for the platform, but it just sounds SO painful.
Have you researched modern video editing software for the PC?
It's cheap, has more functionality, and supports modern video standards.
Hey, my Alma Mater uses current NewTek video X64 based hardware and the software packages that support it for editing and live streaming video and it's SO much more capable than legacy technology.
That's not cheap, but even simple, low cost editing software like the Movavi video suite makes more sense.
Unless your focus is distributing media to others using legacy Amiga hardware (or emulation packages), I don't get it.
Then again...sometimes creating something retro is is more about the doing than the practicality.
So, as an Amigan, I guess I don't have a right to question your motives.
