What's happening when you try to run UAE? Which Mac are you trying to run E-UAE on?

Are you using Hi-Toro? It's a good front-end for E-UAE on the Mac, and it might help with setting up configurations.
A3000: 2mb chip, 8mb fast; Buddha Flash Phoenix; some cheapo CD-ROM; OS 3.1 + lots of Macs

Well I just started with a fresh install of Hi-Toro and E-UAE and read the readme's help files.. got it all setup... goto run the configuration and it just does nothing. lets look at the log file.

>dyld: /Applications/UAE/uae can't open library: @executable_path/../Frameworks/SDL.framework/Versions/A/SDL  (No such file or directory, errno = 2)<

Interesting. how do I fix this?

oh yeah OSX 10.3.9 Mac mini

Looks like you need to install SDL.  http://www.libsdl.org

From the readme: :rtfm:

OS X requires either LibSDL or an X server for graphics
output
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

You might want to check out http://www.thinkcommodore.com/ for more info (including a Hi-Toro/E-UAE setup guide).
