Amiga Forever 6 Upgrade Question

I am looking to upgrade from Amiga Forver V3 to V6, but I'm not sure if I need to buy the upgrade or the full version. I want to get the CD version rather than the online version.

I have looked at Cloanto's website and it isn't completely clear.

Any help would be much appreciated.
