Karlos' brain is operating in Z-II modes by using Z-II speeds (3MB/s transfer rates), and is therefore inferior to my brain which is a 16MB/s capable (in theory) Z-III non-DMA device. Don't even bother reading his reply!!!

I had to wait three or four days until I got a reply from them when I had a question. But besides that never had a problem ...

I've had great service on all of my orders, support questions (I actually recieved a response on a support question on a Saturday night (their time)!), product registrations, etc.  This could be a problem with their recent server move.

I'd suggest mailing the support address mentioned above.
Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

I've bought lots of things from Elbox online and never had a single worry. I reckon they are first class.

Their customer service/support is better than anything I've experienced elsewhere. I was having all sorts of problrms setting up a Mediator involving a ZII/PIV and a PCI/Voodoo5. They held my hand all the way.

And they rarely sleep! I regularly send questions after 10PM and get answers before midnight. I just sent another one in fact (8PM) and I wouldn't be surprised if I get a reply before I sign off here.

Cheers,

JaX

@KD7HTH

All my queries are sent to:

support@elbox.com

As expected, I got a reply to my 8PM mail in about an hour, which is nice.

Cheers,
JaX

I always had good service and after-sales support from Elbox when I had my Mediator 1200 and Mediator 4000.

They were fast to respond to emails.
