I recently bought an HP Pavilion 27xw monitor which officially supports 50hz as well as 60hz. This means that when through Windows 10 adapter's settings I can choose between 50hz and 60hz output. After I select 50hz, and run FS-UAE in full screen and VSYNC enabled, the scrolling is buttery smooth, with no jitter or sudden judder. I have tested in Pinball Dreams and Woody's World.
I thought this might be helpful for some folks trying to get a better emulation experience.
